Meet Dr. Amalia Poquiz Mayor (Kirkland, WA)

Amalia Poquiz Mayor, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry in 2008.

Originally from Northern California, she gained extensive clinical experience at Veterans Affairs Clinics, including the San Francisco Medical Center and the Northern California Health Care System in Sacramento, as well as at community vision clinics and specialty low vision clinics. Dr. Poquiz Mayor has been practicing at Bartlett Eye Clinic and Magnolia Eye Care since 2008

In her free time, Dr. Poquiz Mayor enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, as well as taking part in big family gatherings. She loves cooking traditional and ethnic dishes, wine tasting, and exploring amateur photography. Additionally, Dr. Poquiz Mayor is passionate about training for marathons and attending professional baseball games and concerts across various genres.
