I had the best experience getting my eye exam today! The women at the front desk were exceptional and friendly & the doctor I saw was one of a kind! I highly recommend seeing these guys to get your routine eye exams done! Love them!

I just moved to the area and was nervous about switching optometrists, but this clinic is absolutely amazing! It was clear that all the staff knew what they were doing and are very good at accommodating my needs. I was able to learn things about my vision that my previous doctors had never mentioned, and when I asked questions (I’m always curious about medical abnormalities) I got in depth explanations. I also learned a lot about why my Costco glasses never fit my face correctly! Jennifer at optical was amazing for being able to find me frames that looked way better than what I had before with just a quick look at my face shape, plus she let me know why I had trouble finding good frames and how to hunt out the correct options for me in the future. Definitely plan on coming back here for future visits!

I came into the clinic for an eye exam and to purchase glasses. The receptionist staff was super welcoming and led me exactly where I needed to go. The exam was quick and thorough. And their glasses selection was actually great! Lots to choose from and I even got to peruse online before coming in. Because my prescription is extremely strong, Jennifer listened to my concerns about lenses and then recommended a new technology for my pair that ended up producing high quality lenses without gaining too much thickness. At the same time, Kara was super quick in providing an estimate of how much the total would be for my new pair, with and without the new lenses addition. Ended up purchasing a pair that I love! The whole staff was super easy to work with, very friendly and so knowledgeable! Would highly recommend. Thank you V, Kara & Jennifer!

Kara was very helpful and kind when we called to set up appointments. Alyssa did a terrific job giving me the tests before my appointment and Dr. Burden was extremely thorough and explained everything as she went along. Also, the lady who helped me with choosing frames was great (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name!!!). The clinic is easy to find, has ample parking and was light and bright and clean! I highly recommend Bartlett Eye Clinic for all eye needs!!!

Dr. Shen is a very experienced doctor. She is very patient to answer all my questions. I have my after catracter surgery check up and got a new pair of glasses. Friendly staff and quality service.

Everyone there is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I’ve been going to Bartlett for about 20 years. The care is consistently great! They all treat everyone like they are the only patient for that day. Dr. B always takes the time to provide understandable explanations, elicit questions, and provide advice.

They were worth the drive out of Seattle for me. I found out I had been using a too-strong prescription for years. I had always just thought I had screen-fatigue but they got me sorted out. They do a really good job of walking you through your vision insurance coverage as well.

Very happy with my decision try out this local Kenmore area clinic. I've never had such a thorough eye exam. Dr. Shen's is easy to talk with and does an incredible job explaining conditions.

This eye appointment I knew would be different than the others since lasik in 2020. Dr. B. is super thorough and explains details. Scott gives incredible feedback and direction making the process go smooth. Leah is very welcoming and has the check in process flowing easy. Anna guiding from one machine to the other contributing to a seamless visit, this group is phenomenal!

I’ve been going to this clinic for several years as well as being all my kids here. We tried a couple of other local places as well, and Bartlett by far has the most friendly, kind, helpful, competent people working here. They also have an excellent selection of glasses compared to other places too.

I have beef going to Bartlett Eye Clinic for about 3 years. My eye exams are always thorough. When I express my concerns about the health of my eyes, I am provided with very good information. The provider is able to show me the results of my tests (photos of the inside of my eye) and point out areas inside my eyes that she is tracking to make sure my eyes remain healthy. I never feel pressured to by any products or new eyeglasses. The office staff are always friendly and professional. I would recommend Bartlett Eye Clinic to anyone looking to have their eyes examined.

Dr. Burden is truly exceptional—one of my absolute favorite doctors. She’s an absolute gem, always taking the time to listen carefully, explain your condition thoroughly, and explore different options that best suit your needs. Her genuine care and dedication to her patients are unmatched. The front staff and Alyssa are equally respectful and compassionate, making every visit a positive experience. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful as I am a first time contact wearer. They even practiced with me to make sure I could take the contacts out and put them back in. Glad I found this practice.
