Dr. Bartlett is a pioneer in the laser eye surgery field and has performed thousands of such procedures. Because of this we are committed to employing the best available technology and surgical expertise at a reasonable price.
The prices listed below include nearly all aspects of the procedure, such as the pre-operative consultation, laser vision treatment, one year of post-operative care and enhancements for one year.
CUSTOM VUE-
$3,999 (both eyes)
This price includes:
- Topographies
- Pachymetries
- 1 year follow up (1day, 1 week, 6 months, and 1 year)
- Enhancement up to one year
Does not include:
- Initial routine eye exam ($190, your insurance may cover this)
- Custom eye mapping ($100)
LASIK-
$2,999 (both eyes)
This price includes:
- Topographies
- Pachymetries

- Enhancement up to one year
Does not include:
